He has appeared numerous times as an expert at trial in support of his expert opinions. David Gershuni

David Gershuni has more than 35 years of experience in the life insurance industry and is a Fellow of both the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. In addition, he has served as an Appointed Actuary since 1992. He has held many senior roles in the life insurance industry during his career. David can help you with your claim by using Employment Contingencies, cases dealing with life and mortality issues, valuation of life insurance companies and other insurance companies, and issues of substandard life mortality for the disabled or non-standard life expectancy.

Matthew Krofchick

CPA, CMA, CBV, CMC, CFF

Matthew Krofchick is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator, Certified Management Consultant, and Certified in Financial Forensic. Matthew has assisted in the valuation of many businesses from innovative technologies to discontinuous medical devices. Matthews financial background is applied daily to reviewing and creating financial modeling for business valuation and litigation support reports. Matthew has lectured on valuation related topics.
